Established in 1978, McCahill Painting Company has been providing our Chicagoland and Midwest area customers with professional interior and exterior cleaning, painting and restoration services for over a quarter of a century.

The McCahill Painting Company team strives for safety, customer satisfaction and success (in order of importance) for all of its commercial, industrial, and institutional clients. 

Safety is the most important component of every job. We make it our #1 priority to keep your employees, the general public, your property, and our painters safe. We are proud of our excellent safety record. Our painters are trained, certified and licensed to operate swing stages, all types of scissor lifts and booms (articulating and straight stick), and pressure washers. McCahill Painting Company is fully bonded and insured.

Customer satisfaction is extremely important; in fact, we strive to exceed our customer expectations. Our work is done on time, working around your schedule, and is completed per contract specifications. No job is complete without a job inspection with you the customer, and/or a follow-up phone call. If for some reason you are not 100% satisfied with the completed interior / exterior cleaning, painting, and/or restoration services, we will return within one day to make any additional changes / corrections. The result is that a high percentage of our annual sales come from repeat business. Today's customers have high expectations and McCahill Painting Company delivers.

Success allows our painting company to grow in Chicago and throughout Illinois, Wisconsin, and NW Indiana. When we are successful, we are able to continuously improve our employee training, maintain our equipment, as well as purchase new equipment to keep up with the ever-changing industry.

About the Owner:

Tim McCahill

Tim McCahill was born and raised in Chicago’s south side. He began his extensive career in painting when he was just a freshman in high school, doing small projects for his mother’s friends. By his junior year, he was hiring his first employees.

Tim attended Western Illinois University and graduated in 1978 with a Bachelor of Science degree. Upon graduation, he formed McCahill Painting Company and began working around the Chicagoland and northwest Indiana areas. As his business expanded, Tim adopted a more executive position in sales and management. Today, Tim has over 25 years experience and an impressive list of loyal customers.

As the business climate continues to evolve, so too will McCahill Painting Company. Tim participates in several continuing education programs and encourages his employees to do the same. In early 2006, McCahill Painting Company branched out to include Chicagoland Graffiti Removal, a company that specializes in graffiti abatement and the restoration of defaced property.
